CRISPY FRIED FISH | |
2 lbs. fish fillets (fresh, preferred) 1 beaten egg 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/4 tsp. garlic powder or salt 1 1/2 c. Betty Crocker Potato Buds Rinse and dry fillets between paper towels. Combine beaten egg, pepper and garlic. Dip fillets in egg mixture and roll in Potato Buds. Fry in small amount of oil, turning frequently until golden brown. Serve immediately and enjoy. |
