TACO PIE 
2 lbs. ground beef (lean)
1 lg. can crescent rolls
2 c. sour cream
2 pkgs. taco mix
2 c. crumbled corn chips
9 slices American cheese

Brown ground beef and drain. Add taco mix and 1 cup water. Spread crescent rolls in bottom of 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Sprinkle 1 cup corn chips (crumbled) over the rolls. Top with meat mixture. Spread sour cream over meat. Place cheese slices over sour cream and sprinkle corn chips over the cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
