CHOCOLATE PUMPKIN NUT BREAD 
1 2/3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 lg. eggs
1 c. canned pumpkin
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. toasted almonds
1/3 c. water

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Butter 2 loaf pans. Mix flour, spice, baking soda and powder and salt.

In separate bowl, beat sugar, oil and eggs. When blended, beat in pumpkin and water. Then add the flour mixture, then chocolate chips and almonds. Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes or until done. Cool 15 minutes.
