CRAB CAKES 
1 (16 oz.) can crab meat
2 eggs, beaten
2 hard boiled eggs
4 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. parsley
1 sm. onion
1 piece celery
1/4 tsp. red pepper
1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Sprinkle salt & pepper

Mix all the ingredients with cracker crumbs just enough to thicken and form the crab cakes. Then roll crab cakes in egg and cracker crumbs and deep fry until golden brown.
