FLAMING BLUEBERRY SUNDAE 
Homemade ice milk
1/2 c. sugar-free cherry flavored carbonated beverage
1/4 c. low-calorie cherry jelly
2 c. blueberries
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. rum

Prepare homemade ice milk; freeze until firm, at least 8 hours. Heat carbonated beverage and jelly in 2-quart saucepan, stirring constantly until jelly is melted and mixture is smooth.

Remove from heat. Stir in blueberries and lemon juice; pour into fondue pot. Heat rum just until warm. Ignite rum and pour on blueberries. Serve over scoops of homemade ice milk.
