6 pork chops
1 tsp. mustard
1/4 c. A-1 Steak Sauce
1/4 c. water
1 c. flour
Salt & pepper

Mix water, A-1 sauce and water in a shallow pan. Salt and pepper chops. Dip chops in mix. Roll in flour, coat well. Fry slow until golden brown. Drain on paper towel.
