CHICKEN MARSALA 
6-8 boneless chicken breasts
2-3 cloves garlic
1/2 c. olive oil
1/2 c. onions
1/4 c. marsala wine
1/4 c. water
Fresh parsley to taste
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 lb. mushrooms

Brown chicken in 1/4 cup olive oil. When browned, put in casserole. Saute garlic, onions, parsley, mushrooms, salt and pepper until onions are clear. Add wine and water, stir and pour over chicken. Cover with foil and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve over angel hair pasta.
