SPICED PEACH SALAD 
1 (29 oz.) jar spiced peaches
2 sm. pkg. lemon gelatin
Water
1 can mandarin orange slices, drained
1 c. chopped pecans
1 sm. jar maraschino cherries, drained & chopped

Drain spiced peaches and add enough water to the juice to make 3 cups. Heat the juice - water mix and pour over gelatin to dissolve. Chop the peaches and add to the gelatin mixture along with remaining ingredients. Pour into mold or dish and refrigerate to congeal.
