1 to 2 lb. sausage 1/2 to 1 c. green pepper, chopped 1/2 to 1 c. chopped onion 1/2 to 1 c. chopped celery 1 pkg. dry chicken noodle soup mix 4 1/2 c. boiling water 1 1/2 c. uncooked rice 1/2 tsp. salt Brown sausage and vegetables; drain. Combine soup mix and rice in boiling water. Simmer about 20 minutes. Add sausage mixture to soup and rice mix. Add salt. Stir together. Pour into greased pan. Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes. |
