1 lb. hamburger 1 bell pepper (can be left out) 1 lg. onion Salt and pepper to taste 2 tbsp. chili powder (can be less) 1 can tomatoes 1 can whole kernel corn 1 c. cheese Average size pkg. noodles Brown hamburger, bell pepper and onion. Then add the rest of ingredients and simmer while noodles cook. When noodles are done, drain and add to ingredients. |
