PRUNE PUDDING 
1 c. cooked prunes
1 c. milk
2/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
3 crackers, rolled
1 tsp. baking powder
Dash of salt
1 tbsp. butter

Stone and quarter prunes. Add sugar, nuts, milk, vanilla and crackers to which baking powder and salt have been added. Mix all thoroughly. Turn into greased baking dish. Dot with butter. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
