CHOCOLATE SWIRL CHEESECAKE 
1 c. sugar
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
5 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 pkg. (4 oz.) German sweet chocolate, melted and cooled

Cream sugar and cream cheese. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add vanilla. Measure out 2 cups and place in a separate bowl. Fold in the cooled melted chocolate, Pour plain cheese mixture into a well buttered 10 inch pie pan or a 9 inch square pan. Add spoonsful of chocolate mixture and swirl through batter. Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Cool, then chill. Serves 12.
