RAISIN SAUCE 
1 c. raisins
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. sugar
1/8 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Simmer raisins in 2 cups water for 30 minutes. Combine cornstarch, sugar, salt and 2 tablespoons cold water. Add to raisins and heat until thickened. Remove from heat. Add butter and lemon juice. Mix well. Serve with baked ham.
