MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
8 flour tortillas, cut in pieces
1 (15 oz.) can refried beans
1 lb. ground beef
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 large onion, diced
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. grated Colby cheese

Cover bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch pan with tortillas. Spread refried beans over them. Brown ground beef. Add seasoning mix and tomato sauce; simmer 10 minutes. Spread over beans. Continue layers according to ingredients listed, with top layer being grated Colby cheese.

Bake, uncovered, at 325°F for 25 minutes until cheese melts and sauce is bubbly. Serve with lettuce, tomatoes and salsa.
