STRAWBERRY SALAD 
2 sm. or 1 lg. pkg. strawberry Jello (can use raspberry)
2 c. boiling water
1 pkg. frozen strawberries, juice too
1 med. size can crushed pineapple, juice too
1 lg. pkg. cream cheese
4 tbsp. milk
5-6 tbsp. confectioners' sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. finely chopped walnuts

Dissolve Jello in water, add strawberries and pineapple. Let set until firm.

FROSTING:

Beat together 1 large package of cream cheese with approximately 4 tablespoons of milk, 5-6 tablespoons confectioners' sugar, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, 1 teaspoon vanilla. Beat until creamy. Should be consistency of whipped cream. Spread on salad. Sprinkle with finely chopped walnuts.
