CHOW MEIN CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 lg. onion
1 tsp. soy sauce
2 c. celery
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 c. rice

Fry beef, onions, celery in 2 tablespoons butter. Add the rest of the ingredients. For the mushroom soup, use the same amount of water. Bake about an hour at 300 degrees.
