1 pkg. sugar cookie dough baked as directed
1 pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
Cool Whip
Confectioners' sugar

Mix well.

1 sm. can of pineapple juice
1 tbsp. corn starch

Boil juice and corn starch together making sauce. In 12 x 20 inch baking pan layer cookie dough (handle while cold), sauce, fruit (strawberries, peaches, blueberries, kiwi, etc.) and sauce. Spoon sauce over fruit.
