FRESH VEGETABLE PIZZA | |
Prepare in 9 x 13 inch pans. 1 (8 oz.) can Pillsbury (do not substitute) crescent rolls 1/2 c. sour cream 1 1/2 tbsp. prepared horseradish Dash of salt and pepper 1 c. fresh mushrooms, chopped 1/2 c. fresh chopped broccoli 1/2 c. chopped tomatoes, drain on paper towels 1/4 c. chopped green onion 1/4 c. chopped yellow pepper Heat oven to 375 degrees. Press one can of rolls into Pam sprayed pans. Bake at 375 degrees until golden, about 15 minutes. Cool completely. In small bowl, combine sour cream, horseradish and salt and pepper. Spread evenly over crust. Sprinkle veggies over filling. Cover and chill. Makes 30 appetizer. |
