CORD-ON BLUE 
6 chicken breasts, flattened
6 ham slices
6 Swiss cheese slices
1 can sliced mushrooms
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1/3 c. red cooking wine

Roll up the ham and cheese slices inside the chicken breasts, holding together with toothpicks. Mix the other ingredients together and cover the chicken breasts. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour or until tender. Serve over rice.
