TANDY CAKE 
4 eggs
1 c. milk
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. flour

Mix first 4 ingredients. Add remaining ingredients. Spread on greased jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Immediately spread on 1 cup peanut butter. Let cool thoroughly. On low heat melt 10 ounce Hershey chocolate bar. Spread on top of peanut butter. Refrigerate. Cut into squares.
