1 box yellow cake mix
1 egg
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. coconut or chocolate chips

TOPPING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 lb. confectioners' sugar
2 eggs
1 c. pecans, chopped

Mix the first 4 ingredients. Press into a 9x13x2 inch pan. Mixture will be dry and crumbly.

TOPPING: Beat ingredients together and spread on top of cake mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
