HORSERADISH SAUCE 
2/3 c. 1% low fat cottage cheese
3 tbsp. skim milk
2 tbsp. reduced calorie mayonnaise
1 tbsp. prepared horseradish
2 tsp. finely chopped green onions
1 tsp. lemon juice

Combine all ingredients in blender or processor until smooth. 13 calories per tablespoon.
