3 med. zucchini, sliced
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
6 oz. pkg. Stove Top stuffing mix
1 c. grated carrots
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream

Cook zucchini and onions in salted water 5 minutes; drain and set aside. Cook hamburger, season with salt and pepper. Prepare Stove Top according to directions. Mix in carrots, soup and sour cream.

Spread 1/2 meat on bottom of baking dish. Add a layer of 1/2 of stuffing mix. Pat layer of zucchini and onion mixture, add remaining stuffing over top. Bake 50 minutes at 350 degrees.
