DEVILED PECAN BALL 
16 oz. cream cheese
2 c. shredded sharp cheddar
2 1/4 oz. can deviled ham
2 tbsp. chopped pimiento
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
3/4 tsp. paprika
2 - 4 drops Tabasco
2 c. pecans, chopped

Combine first three ingredients, blend well. Stir in remaining ingredients except pecans. Chill two hours. Divide cheese mixture in half, and shape into two balls; roll in pecans. Serve with crackers.
