SCALLOPED POTATOES 
3 baking potatoes, peeled and sliced
1/2 onion, chopped
3/4 c. cooked ham, diced
1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pt. half & half

Bring soup and half & half to a boil. Set aside. Layer 1/3 of each ingredient in order given. Repeat twice more. Pour soup over potatoes. If more liquid is needed, use a little milk. Bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Cover and cook 30 minutes more until liquid is absorbed and potatoes are tender.
