SUPER SIMPLE SPICY MEXICAN RICE 
1 1/2 cups white rice
1 (8 oz.) can green chili salsa
enough water to make 2 1/2 cups liquid

Mix all ingredients in a medium size pot and heat to boiling, turn heat down to simmer, cover and cook for 20 minutes. May be made in rice cooker for microwave for total time of 15 minutes.
