COCONUT CAKE 
1 pkg. white or yellow cake mix
1 pkg. Jello brand vanilla instant pudding
1 1/3 c. water
4 eggs
1/4 c. oil
1 1/3 c. Angel Flake coconut
1 c. chopped nuts

Combine mix pudding, water, eggs, oil. Blend 4 minutes, add coconut.

Pour into a 11 cup bundt pan or 10 inch tube. Bake 60 minutes at 325 degrees. Cool for 15 minutes, remove.

FROSTING:

Cream 1/3 c. butter, blend 2 pkg. of 3 oz. cream cheese, 1 box powder sugar or 3 3/4 cups, 4 tsp. milk, 1/2 tsp. vanilla. Spread frosting. Sprinkle on 2 cups of coconut.
