CORN QUICHE 
1 (9 inch) pie shell, baked 5 min.
4 eggs
1 c. half and half
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 sm. onion, finely chopped
1 1/3 c. corn, fresh or frozen
3/4 c. shredded Swiss cheese

Combine all ingredients and pour into pie shell. Bake 425 degrees 10 minutes then 350 degrees 30 minutes or until almost set in center. Sprinkle with chives or bacon.
