WHEAT PRETZELS 
2 c. whole wheat flour
2 c. enriched flour
1 pkg. dry yeast
1 tsp. salt
1 1/3 c. warm tap water
3 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. honey
Course salt

Stir together flours. Combine 1 1/2 cups of flour mix, yeast, and salt. Add liquids to flour mix. Beat until smooth, about 2 minutes. Add enough more flour mix to make a moderately stiff dough. Knead 3-5 minutes until smooth. Cut into 12 equal pieces and roll each piece to a rope 15 inches long. Roll each rope in course salt and shape into pretzel. Place on greased baking sheet. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
