4 (10-inch) flour tortillas
1/2 c. horseradish sauce
8 thin slices roast beef
8 slices Muenster cheese
1/2 c. diced green onions
1 c. chopped tomato
2 c. mixed salad greens

Spread each tortilla with 2 tablespoons of horseradish sauce. Place 2 slices of roast beef and one slice of cheese on each tortilla. Divide onion, tomato and greens among tortillas. Roll up; cut into 1-inch rolls.
