SWEDISH PANCAKES 
6 eggs
2 1/2 c. milk
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. canola oil

Mix in blender. Makes blender full. Pour about 1/2 cup onto pan or griddle and smooth out thin. Roll up with powdered sugar or jam or whatever after browning on both sides.

If you have a non stick, large frying pan you can pour it in and swirl it around and when its lightly browned just roll it right out of the pan onto your plate. Put butter and jam on top and enjoy.
