SOUR CREAM ENCHILADAS 
2 lb. hamburger
2 med. onions, diced
1 (1 lb.) can refried beans
1 tsp. salt
24 flour tortillas
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/3 c. taco sauce
2 (4 oz.) cans chopped black olives
3 (10 oz.) cans enchilada sauce

Brown hamburger, add onion and cook to desired tenderness. Add salt, garlic powder, refried beans, taco sauce, olives, 2 cans enchilada sauce and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Spoon mixture onto tortillas, roll up and place in shallow 9x13 inch baking dish.

Brush tops of tortillas with remaining can of enchilada sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Serve with sour cream.
