MEAT BALLS 
1 lb. hamburger
1 lb. Italian sausage
1 onion, chopped
1 tbsp. minced garlic
1 celery, chopped
1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1 egg
1 small can chopped mushrooms (optional)
1 c. sharp grated cheese
milk, buttermilk or sour cream (small amount of either)

Mix all together. Form into small balls.

Bake on cookie sheet at 350°F until brown (approximately 15 minutes) or brown in skillet on both sides.
