OGUNQUIT HADDOCK 
8 slices haddock
Salt and freshly ground pepper
1 tbsp. oil
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 tsp. parsley
4 lemon wedges

Sprinkle haddock slices with salt and pepper. Arrange slices on broiler pan. Blend the mayonnaise, mustard, and parley and spread on slices. Place fish 3-4 inches from the source of heat and broil about 4 minutes until golden brown on top. Serve with lemon wedges. This can be barbecued.
