CHEESE CAKE PIE 
1 (9 oz.) graham cracker crust
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (15 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can pie filling (pineapple or cherry)

Soften cream cheese to room temperature, then beat until fluffy. Gradually add condensed milk and keep beating. Add lemon juice and vanilla. Beat until well mixed. Pour into crust. Chill 4 hours. Top with filling and chill 1 more hour.
