CRUNCH CHICKEN CAJUN STYLE 
1 frying chicken, cut up
4 c. any cereal, crushed fine
1 stick melted butter
1 rounded tbsp. cajun spice

Crush cereal in blender or food processor. Then add your cajun spice and blend in. Dip chicken pieces in melted butter, then in cereal spice mix. Lay each coated piece of chicken on a greased baking sheet. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees uncovered.

I make my cereal and spice up ahead of time and keep in a bag or jar. You can also use flavorings such as garlic salt and oregano in place of the cajun for Italian style.
