PASTA SALAD 
1 lb. Orzo Pasta #47, cooked & drained
2 eggs, well beaten
2 tbsp. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 lg. cans pineapple chunks, drained & reserve juice
2 cans mandarin oranges, drained & reserve juice
12 oz. Cool Whip

Mix in a saucepan the beaten eggs, sugar, flour, salt and juice from drained fruits. Bring to a full boil, stirring constantly. Cool slightly. Pour over the cooked pasta. Add the pineapple chunks and mandarin oranges and Cool Whip. Mix all together. Garnish with pineapple, oranges and cherries. Refrigerate.

Have made this recipe for years...I cool the mixture before adding the Cool Whip...I also prefer crushed pineapple to the chunks. Always rave reviews.
