FRESH GRAPEFRUIT SALAD 
3 c. grapefruit pulp and juice
1 c. sugar dissolved in 1 cup boiling water
1 1/2 env. plain gelatin dissolved in 3 tbsp. cold water

Then add to hot mixture. When cool add fruit and pour into dish to congeal.

TOPPING:

3 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
Small amount of cream or milk

Mix in order to beat. Add 3/4 cup chopped nuts.
