CUBE STEAK DELITE | |
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. cube steak, 4 pieces, med. sized 1 med. onion 1 sm. green pepper 1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1 (8 oz.) can beef gravy 1 beef bouillon cube (opt.) Brown meat on both sides. Chop onion into small cube like pieces and toss in along with pepper that's been cut into strips. Save a few strips for garnish. Add garlic powder. Next pour in gravy, cover and simmer for about 40 to 45 minutes on low heat. Turn every 10 minutes, so the onion and pepper flavor cooks in. Arrange on serving platter. Garnish with pepper strips. M-m- good! |
