I didn't have the dry ranch dressing so I used regular Blue Cheese Liquid. Pierced the meat first and seasoned with Morton's Nature Seasoning befor applying the dressing.

Incredibly Tasty and moist chicken!

I use crushed chex cereal for a gluten free crunch. cut chicken in bite size pieces kids love it. It'd be nice if the hidden valley dry mix was gluten free too tho.

Really enjoyed this. I did add some chopped garlic (fresh) (2 tsp) as well as some salt and pepper and some finely chopped red onions (1/8 cup) to give it some color and extra flavor.

I am very satisfied with your site... Been cookin' up a storm with most of the recipes I've tried... Sometimes I don't have all ingredients like oil, red/white cooking wine, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, etc... But I just need to know what I can substitute w/ some of the ingredients... Please help!!

Thanks so much for this recipe! It was a last minute meal and it was so easy...I also used Panko bread crumbs after seeing Leanne's suggestion. Me and my family loved it and I will definitely be making it again :-)

I didn't have Italian bread crumbs I only had original, so I used a little extra ranch for more flavor! I hope it turns out great!

I make this recipe a lot and we all love it. I use Panko bread crumbs, which are extra crunchy, to make this recipe even more delish!
