UNCLE RON'S FAVORITE FRIED
CHICKEN
 
2-3 lb. chicken pieces (I use wing drumettes)
Garlic salt
Onion salt
Pepper
Paprika
Flour
Corn oil

1. Wash chicken pieces and dry on paper towels.

2. Season with garlic & onion salt, pepper and paprika.

3. Lightly flour. Shake off excess.

4. Heat corn oil in large heavy skillet or frying pan to hot, but not smoking.

5. Brown pieces 2-3 minutes per side in batches (pieces should have plenty of room to brown).

6. Drain on paper towels.

7. Place in shallow baking pan and bake in preheated 350 degree oven. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Drain grease. Turn chicken and continue 15-20 more minutes. Serves 4-6.
