1/2 c. water
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. mustard
1 medium onion, sliced
1 slice of lemon
1/2 c. catsup
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. cayenne
1 1/2 tsp. salt

Mix water, vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt, pepper and cayenne. Add lemon and onion. Simmer 20 minutes. Add catsup and Worcestershire sauce; bring to boil.
