POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 (2 lb.) bag hash browns
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. melted butter, reserve half
10 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. salt
1 c. cornflakes crumbs
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 container sour cream

Mix all ingredients except half of butter and half of cornflake crumbs. Put into casserole dish. Mix crumbs and butter together and pour over mixture in casserole dish. Bake 1 hour 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
