CORNBREAD EXTRAORDINAIRE 
1/4 c. salad oil
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 c. cream style corn
1 c. cornmeal
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder
3 tbsp. sugar

Beat eggs and sour cream together. Blend in remaining ingredients. Pour into 1 large pan, 9"x13" or 10"x15" or 2 (8" or 9") square pans, depending on how thick you like it. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes.
