CORNBREAD SALAD 
1 pkg. yellow cornbread mix (baked)
4-5 green onions
1 bell pepper, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
6 slices bacon (cooked & crumbled)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. mustard
2 tsp. sugar
1 lg. tomato

Prepare and bake cornbread. Cool and crumble in large bowl. Add all ingredients except the last 4. Mix mayonnaise, mustard and sugar in small bowl. Pour over cornbread mixture and store in refrigerator in covered bowl. Add chopped tomato just before serving. Great served with beans or stew. Enjoy.
