QUICK 'N EASY CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. (10 oz.) Bird's Eye chopped broccoli
1 c. Minute Rice
1 c. diced cooked chicken
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 c. milk
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 med. onion, chopped

Place vegetable in 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Bake at 350 for 7 minutes to partially thaw. Stir in rice, chicken, liquid (milk), half the cheese and the flavor addition (onion); then sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake for 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Makes 3 servings.
