SHRIMP DIP 
1/2 c. Swiss cheese, grated
1 c. cooked shrimp, minced
1 sm. onion, grated
1/4 c. sour cream
1/4 c. light mayonnaise
Bits of tarragon, red peppers & garlic

Combine all ingredients; mix well. Chill before serving. Ingredients may be placed in blender for 20 seconds, if desired. Yield: 6 servings.
