CHOCOLATE SAUCE FOR ICE CREAM 
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa
2 tbsp. butter
7/8 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine sugar and cocoa. Stir constantly over low heat 2 minutes. Do not let sugar melt. Add butter and blend. Add milk, increase heat and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute, remove from heat. Add vanilla. Serve hot or cold. Refrigerate left overs. Makes 1 cup.
