RAW VEGETABLE DIP 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. anchovy paste
2 tbsp. tarragon vinegar
1/2 c. finely chopped parsley
1 clove garlic
4 green onions, finely minced
1/2 pt. cream cheese

Cream softened cream cheese and add rest of ingredients. Mix thoroughly and allow to stand at least 3 hours. Serve with raw carrots, celery, cauliflower, green onions, etc. May be used as a salad dressing by diluting with sour cream.
