BAKED GARLIC CHEESE GRITS 
1 c. grits, yellow or white
4 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1 stick butter
1 to 2 cloves crushed garlic
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 to 1 lb. sharp cheddar, shredded
1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Cook grits in salted water until water is absorbed (covered). Remove from heat, add butter, garlic, cheese and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until cheese is melted.

Beat 2 eggs with enough milk to equal 1 cup combined. Add to grits and put in greased casserole. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes or until set.
